What are the delivery charges?

It’s PKR 250/- across Pakistan on all online orders through TCS, Leopard, M & P. At present, Cash on Delivery is the only mode of delivery & payment available.

What is your delivery time?

Delivery time is between 3 to 5 working days for orders within Pakistan. Free delivery for orders over 1999 PKR.  Our Team will dispatch your parcel as quickly as possible once the order is confirmed, which will be shipped to you within 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number, so our courier service team can contact you as soon as possible. 

Order cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time. Our shipments leave at 6 pm every day, so, for cancellations, ideally, the customer is supposed to cancel before the first 6 pm that comes after he/she has placed the order. It can be done by contacting us at (+92 310 6609376). Modgirl collection has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock.

Important Note

Customers should add a Complete and proper address with a House number, Block number, street number, Or Nearest famous Landmark in order to get their parcel to their doorstep. Incomplete address orders will be canceled.

The Courier agent will not take back the order once the package is opened. If you do not pay or receive the order, it will be returned to the Modgirl collection but you may no longer be eligible to shop online with the Modgirl collection.
